Using ReviewLink with Lectora X.6 for Easy Online Collaboration
The challenge of collecting feedback from reviewers during the e-Learning review cycle can be a daunting task. Many times there is so much back and forth between reviewers that it can become a very time consuming project. At the 2012 Lectora® User Conference, John Blackmon and Laura Michalow shared how you can save time and seamlessly publish your Lectora® e-Learning software content to ReviewLink™ for instant online collaboration and review.
Using ReviewLink enables you to easily track the status of comments, communicate with reviewers and effectively manage the entire e-Learning review process all from one place. By following these six steps in the ReviewLink cycle, reviewers will be able to effortlessly review content in half the time.

Below are the six steps to follow to make your online collaboration in ReviewLink simple:
Publish to ReviewLink and Invite Reviewers: Once your title is ready, publish it to ReviewLink, specify your publish options and invite reviewers to your content.
Submit New Comments: On the My Content Review tab, select the “Review Content” button. Each page will have a Comments Pane for submitting new comments and can be submitted with any type of attached files when necessary. Click the “I’m Done Reviewing” button to send a message to the publisher.
Review Existing Comments: Publishers can view all comments submitted on the Comments tab and are easily filtered and sorted for a customized view. You can also generate a report of all comments and all attachments from a comment can be easily downloaded to a zip file.
Fix Items and Republish: Publishers can mark the content as “Closed for Comments” until a new version is ready. An automatic notification will be sent to Reviewers when the updated version is available to review.
Fix Errors: Reviewers then can verify the fixes by viewing the Comments tab. Once reviewed you then can mark the comment from “Fixed” to either “OK” or “Not OK.”
Complete Review Cycle: Publishers can archive comments to remove them from the queue and complete the cycle. Make sure to review the “Not OK” comments again to determine outstanding issues. You can also download comment history and delete comments when a review is complete.
